You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the klik55 platform. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Deposits are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets. All funds must originate from accounts held in your name. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–10 minutes during banking hours (WIB).
All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or use of prohibited wagering patterns will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. klik55 will never ask for your password via chat or email. Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting systems, money laundering, and any other form of cheating are strictly forbidden. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and klik55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the klik55 platform at klik55.cam, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. The klik55 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or use the Platform in any capacity. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. klik55 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is primarily operated for and targeted at users residing in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. klik55 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction beyond those expressly covered by our international gaming licenses.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one Account on klik55. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Clause 7.
2.4 Exclusions. The following individuals are ineligible to register or maintain an Account on klik55:
21+ Only: Gambling is for adults. If you are under 21 years of age, you are legally prohibited from accessing klik55 under our platform rules. Parental controls should be used to prevent underage access.
3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming features on klik55, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK from your KTP), mobile phone number, and email address.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or identity document, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). klik55 is required to verify the identity of all Members be fore processing withdrawal requests and, in some cases, before permitting continued deposits. You may be required to submit copies of the following documents:
3.4 KYC Timeline. klik55 aims to complete identity verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until KYC is satisfactorily completed. klik55 reserves the right to request additional documentation where verification cannot be completed on the basis of initial submissions.
3.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. klik55 will never contact you to request your password by any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.
3.6 Compromised Accounts. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify klik55 support immediately by contacting us at the address set out in Clause 14. klik55 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. klik55 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and the following e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method are published on the Platform's deposit page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.2 Own Funds Requirement. All funds deposited into your klik55 Account must originate exclusively from a financial account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. klik55 reserves the right to return funds to the originating account and suspend your Account where a third-party funding source is identified.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your klik55 Account within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday). E-wallet deposits are generally processed in real time. klik55 is not liable for delays caused by the sending bank or e-wallet provider.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the klik55 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.5 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your klik55 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. klik55 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5–10 minutes during banking hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.7 Withdrawal Fees. klik55 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which klik55 accepts no liability.
4.8 Anti-Money Laundering. klik55 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Any pattern of deposits and withdrawals that suggests money laundering, structuring, or other financial misconduct will be investigated, and the relevant Account will be suspended pending review. klik55 cooperates fully with competent authorities in any financial crime investigation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. klik55 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) the total bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game category — sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%, while certain casino game categories may contribute at lower rates as specified in the promotion details.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within 7 days of being credited to your Account unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your Account without compensation.
5.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is capped at 5x the value of the original bonus amount credited.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. klik55 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: multi-accounting for bonus collection, low-risk matched betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, wagering on prohibited game types during an active bonus, and colluding with other Members to accumulate bonus credit. klik55 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and winnings and suspend any Account where abuse is identified.
5.6 Promotional Changes. klik55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to an Account at the time of such modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
6.1 Sports Betting. klik55 offers pre-match and in-play betting across a wide range of sports markets, including BRI Liga 1 football, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and esports. Markets include — but are not limited to — match result, handicap (voor bola, the local term for Asian handicap wagering), over/under, correct score, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets. Specific rules for each market type are published within the Platform's sportsbook section.
6.2 Casino Games. All casino games on klik55 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or certified live dealer streams from regulated studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft. Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. klik55 does not alter game outcomes.
6.3 Void Bets. klik55 reserves the right to declare a bet void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement, obvious errors in published odds (palpable errors), technical failure affecting bet placement, or any confirmed integrity issue relating to the event in question. Voided bets are settled at even money (1.00 odds), and the staked amount is returned to the Member's Account.
6.4 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by klik55. klik55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is suspected to have been placed in breach of these Terms or in connection with irregular betting patterns.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits. Minimum and maximum wager limits vary by market, game type, and Member account tier. Limits applicable to your Account are displayed at the point of bet placement or game loading. klik55 may adjust these limits at any time.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the klik55 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 All content on the klik55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall compilation of the Platform — is the property of klik55 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of klik55.
8.3 The klik55 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of klik55. You may not use these marks in any manner without prior written permission.
9.1 klik55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 klik55 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. All personal and financial data is stored on secured, access-controlled servers and is subject to regular independent security audits.
9.3 klik55 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers strictly necessary for Platform operations (payment processors, KYC verification partners, fraud detection services) and with competent authorities where required by law.
10.1 Platform Availability. klik55 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error-free, or fully secure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. klik55 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
10.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, klik55's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. klik55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Gambling Losses. klik55 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by Members on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk and discretion.
11.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting klik55 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
11.2 Termination by klik55. klik55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, regulatory requirements, or inactivity of more than 12 consecutive months.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms or Prohibited Activity, all balances — including Real Money Balance — may be forfeited by klik55 without refund, particularly where funds are found to have been derived from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. klik55 will provide written notice of any such forfeiture.
11.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000, deducted from any remaining balance. klik55 will provide advance notice by email before applying any inactivity fee.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of klik55's international operating license.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Member and klik55, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team, who will endeavor to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, it may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.1 klik55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, klik55 will notify registered Members by email to the address on record and will display a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Clause 11.1.
13.3 The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which these Terms were most recently updated. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
